Kid ASA - Sale of the Swedish property completed

Lier, 20 December 2024: Reference is made to the announcement on December 3
related to the sale of the 57,000 square meter warehouse and office property in
Sweden. The transaction has been completed today in accordance with the terms
described in the previous announcement.
