Oslo, 20 December 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
made by Klaveness Combination Carriers ASA ("KCC" or the "Company") on 13
December 2024 of the launch of KCC’s program to repurchase up to 1,200,000 of
the Company’s shares in open market transactions for a total amount of up to USD
9,100,000 during the period from 13 December 2024, until no later than 31 March
2025, pursuant to an agreement with DNB Markets. For the period from and
including 13 December 2024, through 20 December 2024, the Company purchased a
total of 167,534 shares at an average price of NOK 70.86 per share, all
purchased as ordinary market purchases on Euronext Oslo Børs. Please find below

The issuer’s holding of own shares:
Following the completion of the above transactions, KCC owns a total of 173,817
of own shares (including 6,283 shares owned prior to the launch of the buyback
program), corresponding to 0.29% of KCC’s share capital.

and eight CLEANBU combination carriers with three CABU vessels under
construction for delivery in 2026. KCC’s combination carriers are built for
