Huddly AS – Share capital increase registered

Oslo, 20 December 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published by Huddly AS (the "Company") on 19 December 2024 regarding the minutes
from the extraordinary general meeting of the Company held on the same date.

The issuance of 1,300,000,000 new shares has been registered with the Norwegian
Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK
1,147,705.03, divided into 1,836,328,048 shares, each with a nominal value of
NOK 0.000625 and carrying one voting right.

The new shares will be tradeable as of today. The settlement of the new shares
will, as previously communicated, occur on 27 December 2024.

3.15.5 of Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book – Part II and section 5-12 of the
Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
