Euronext Oslo Børs has approved the application for listing of Bonheur ASA’s
(the “Company”) Senior Unsecured Green Bond Issue 2024/2029 with ISIN
NO0013355263 on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The bonds will be listed 19 December
2024.

The Base Prospectus is the same as for the Company’s Senior Unsecured Green Bond
Issue 2023/2028 with ISIN NO0013014688, which remains available on the Company’s
