Fertiberia Corporate, S.L.U.: The existing bond terms have been amended by way
of a written resolution by the bondholders

Fertiberia Corporate, S.L.U. (the "Company") announces that today a written
resolution in respect of the bond issue referred to as "Fertiberia Corporate,
S.L.U. EUR 300,000,000 Senior Secured Callable Bond Issue 2024/2028" with ISIN
NO0013219477 (the "Bonds") has been made by the bondholders whereby an amendment
has been made to the Company's existing bond terms regarding certain of its
credit facilities.

A notice from the Bond Trustee regarding the outcome and making of the written
resolution will be submitted to all bondholders through the CSD, and will also
be available on the Company's investor website
