On December 17, 2024, Nordnet AB (publ), through its subsidiaries Nordnet
Livsforsikring AS and Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB, net bought 101,384 shares
in Shelf Drilling Ltd (ISIN KYG236271055). After these transactions, Nordnet AB
(publ), through its subsidiaries Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB and Nordnet
Livsforsikring AS, held a total of 12 862 488 shares in the company on a
consolidated basis, representing 5.03% of the outstanding shares and votes in
the company.

The ownership distribution among Nordnet AB (publ) subsidiaries was as follows:

Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB: 1,37%
Nordnet Livsforsikring AS: 3,66%

Nordnet AB (publ) does not exercise voting rights for these shares.

This disclosure is made in accordance with sections 4-2 and 4-3 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to
