Lea bank ASA has sold 5 889 own shares on 16 December 2024 at an average price
per share of NOK 9,55. Following this transaction, Lea bank ASA has 0 own
shares.

The shares are sold as a consequence of the change of listing to Nasdaq First
North Premier Growth Market in January 2025. A Swedish limited liability company
is not permitted to subscribe for its own shares according to Chapter 19,
Section 1 of the Swedish Companies Act (Aktiebolagslagen (2005:551)).
