CORR*: Moreld AS: Mandatory notifications of trade

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Moreld AS (the
"Company") on 12 December 2024 regarding mandatory notifications of trade. See
certain corrections identified below and in the enclosed forms (highlighted by
asterisk *):

The following primary insiders and close associates of primary insiders have
been allocated new shares in connection with the Private Placement:

– Allard 2 Ltd., a close associate of chair of the board and primary insider
Julian Alexander McIntyre, will receive 9,588,731 new shares. Following the
Private Placement, Mr. McIntyre will directly and indirectly hold a total of
51,288,023 shares in the Company, corresponding to 29.169% of the total share
capital;

– Annapurna Worldwide Services Pte Ltd, close associates of board member and
primary insider Venkatraghavan Sivaramakrishnan, will receive 3,595,774 new
shares. Following the Private Placement, Mr. Sivaramakrishnan will indirectly
hold a total of 11,935,632 shares the Company, corresponding to 6.788% of the
total share capital;

– Oddakilen AS, a close associate of primary insider and board member Geir
Austigard, will receive 230,000 new shares. Following the Private Placement, Mr.
Austigard will indirectly hold a total of *4,788,119 shares in the Company,
corresponding to *2.723% of the total share capital;

– Ole Slorer will receive 83,952 new shares. Following the Private Placement,
Mr. Slorer will directly hold a total of 360,242 shares in the Company,
corresponding to 0.205% of the total share capital;

– Sesna Invest AS, a close associate of Chief Financial Officer Trond Rosnes,
will receive 179,211 new shares. Following the Private Placement, Mr. Rosnes
will indirectly hold a total of 2,421,386 shares in the Company, corresponding
to 1.377% of the total share capital.
