Oslo, Norway, 16 December 2024: Reference is made to stock exchange
announcements by Thor Medical ASA (the "Company") on 12 December 2024 regarding
the completion of a Company private placement and a retail offering. Completion
of tranche 2 of the private placement and a potential subsequent offering is
conditional on approval by the general meeting of the Company, as described in
the stock exchange announcement on 12 December 2024.

The Company hereby calls for an extraordinary general meeting in the Company to
be held on 6 January 2025 at 14:00 hours CET at Advokatfirmaet Selmer AS,
Ruseløkkveien 14, 0251 Oslo. The full notice is attached. The notice and the
