Euronext Oslo Børs – Decision on admission to trading – Envipco Holding N.V.

“Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to admit Envipco Holding N.V. on Euronext Oslo
Børs as a secondary listing.

The company is granted an exemption from Euronext Oslo Rulebook II Issuer Rules
section 3.1.2.4 (1) requiring that a limited scope audit shall have been carried
out for the latest interim report that is made public or filed during the period
between the balance sheet date for the latest audited financial statement and
the time of admission to trading, cf Euronext Oslo Rulebook II Issuer Rules
section 3.2 (1) Exemption is granted as the company is admitted to trading on
Euronext Amsterdam.

It is stipulated that the company prior to the first day of trading satisfies
the admission requirements on Euronext Oslo Børs.

The CEO of Euronext Oslo Børs determines the first day of listing, no later than
17. March 2025"
