Reference is made to the announcement dated 16 September 2024 regarding a share
capital increase in connection with Cyviz AS' (the "Company") combined employee
share purchase and option program and exercise of options.

The 20,000 new shares to be issued in connection with exercise of share options
by a former employee, has been reallocated to other employees by the Board of
Directors in accordance with section 2-13 (5) of the Norwegian Limited Liability
Companies Act.

The following primary insider in the Company has been allocated shares:
EVP Europe John Harald Grønningen, 10,000 shares

Please find attached mandatory notifications of trade reports for shares
allocated to primary insiders in the Company.
