Lokotech AS has received expressions of interest from a major industry player,
subject to the successful demonstration of our commercial-scale Scrypt and Edge
AI ASIC.

Following a board decision, it has been determined that this development, given
the circumstances under which the information was received, its Technology
Readiness Level (TRL), and the elimination of technical risks, constitutes
insider information as defined by the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).

In compliance with our regulatory obligations and commitment to transparency, we
are disclosing this information to the market.

This announcement is made pursuant to Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act and contains information considered to constitute inside information
under the EU Market Abuse Regulation (MAR).
