Luxembourg - 13 December 2024 - Subsea 7 S.A. (Oslo Børs: SUBC, ADR: SUBCY)
today announced the award of a sizeable( 1) contract by Shell Offshore Inc. in
the US Gulf of Mexico.

The project involves the engineering, procurement, construction, and
installation of a production flowline and related subsea infrastructure at
Shell's Phase 3 Silvertip development, located in the deep waters of Alaminos
Canyon, with depths reaching up to 3,000 metres.

Project management and engineering will start immediately at Subsea7's office in
Houston, Texas, with offshore activities expected to begin in 2026.

Craig Broussard, Senior Vice President for Subsea7 Gulf of Mexico, said: "This
new award strengthens our diverse portfolio of deepwater projects in the Gulf of
Mexico. We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Shell."
