Stina Sola Haugland appointed interim CFO

Huddlestock has appointed Stina Sola Haugland as new interim Chief Financial
Officer (CFO), succeeding Morten Bernhardsen.

we are thrilled to announce Stina Sola Haugland as interim CFO. With valuable
CFO experience, Stina will play a key role in developing Huddlestock's
organization and strengthening our market position. Since joining in November,
she has already made a strong impact, and I am excited to officially welcome her
as interim CFO and a member of our executive management team," says Leif Arnold
Thomas, CEO of Huddlestock.

Stina Sola Haugland has had the role as financial consultant for Huddlestock
since November 2024, handling various tasks within financial management on
behalf of Huddlestock. Stina is currently working as CFO for hire in Jansson &
Larsson Regnskap AS and will be CFO for hire at Huddlestock.

Before that, she was the CFO and board member in Depro AS, a Norwegian
engineering company specializing in advanced subsea technology and solutions for
the oil and gas industry. Stina has also been CFO in Trolltunga Robotics AS, a
company delivering advanced industrial automation solutions to customers all
over Europe.

Haugland starts in her interim CFO position 1 January 2025.
