Observe Medical ASA: Registration of new share capital

Oslo, 13 December 2024
Reference is made to the announcement by Observe Medical ASA (the "Company" or
"Observe Medical", OSE ticker "OBSVR") on 5 December 2024 regarding the final
result of the subsequent offering in the Company, where a total of 2,303,933 new
shares were subscribed and allocated at a subscription price of NOK 0.40 per
share.
The share capital increase pertaining to the subsequent offering has today been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret). The Company's registered share capital is NOK 64,477,175.62
divided into 247,989,137 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.26.
The new shares will be issued in the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (ES
-OSL) on the listed ISIN NO 0010865009 and are expected to be delivered to the
respective subscribers' ES-OSL accounts later today on 13 December 2024.
