Observe Medical ASA: Mandatory notification of trade by close associates to primary insider

Oslo, 13 December 2024: Observe Medical ASA (the "Company") has been informed
that Seed Capital AS, a company owned 50% by Eskild Endrerud board member and
primary insider in the Company, has purchased 178,268  shares in the Company as
further specified in the attached notification form.

Following the purchase, Seed Capital AS holds 242,335 shares in the Company.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to article
19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation and section 5-12 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
