Veidekke: Building homes for Fredensborg Bolig

Fredensborg Bolig has commissioned Veidekke to perform groundworks and build the
first 81 apartments with underground parking in the Poulssons Kvarter
residential project at Fornebu in Bærum. The contract is a design and build
contract valued at just over NOK 340 million excluding VAT.

project through 2023 and 2024. Poulssons Kvarter is being developed with the
emphasis on good architecture, robust solutions and environmentally sound
material choices, and the good sales in the project show that the homes have
found their mark in the market. We thank Fredensborg for their confidence and
look forward to continuing our good cooperation through the construction of the
project," says Morten Barreth of Veidekke.

The first construction stage consists of the apartment block Rode, which is on
seven and eight floors plus a common underground parking facility. The homes are
adapted to people of all life phases and cover a large span, with everything
from a luxurious top floor with private roof terraces to efficient smaller two
-room apartments. Residents enjoy a number of common areas and facilities that
facilitate living quality and a good neighbourhood, and there will be a separate
car sharing service for those who wish.

"The interest in Poulssons Kvarter is good and with a sales ratio of over 60 the
project is ready for construction start. We are now entering the project's next
phase with Veidekke on the team, and will start construction in March," says CEO
of Fredensborg Bolig, Bjørn-Tore Rynning Olsen.

Planned completion of the first construction stage is December 2026. Read more

included in Veidekke's order book for the fourth quarter of 2024. In the
agreement, Fredensborg Bolig has an option for an additional 114 homes worth NOK
290 million excluding VAT.
