At the beginning of 2027, Van Lanschot Kempen will move into the Breitner Center at Amstelplein in Amsterdam. Approximately 900 employees, currently working at Beethovenstraat and Apollolaan offices in Amsterdam, will relocate to this new home base. Starting mid-2025, the building will be renovated and modernised, with a strong focus on client and employee experience and sustainability.
Maarten Edixhoven, Chair of the Management Board: “We look forward to working from our new home base on the Amstel with a large part of our staff in 2027. The renovation allows us to fully tailor the Breitner Center to our needs: an inspiring and easily accessible place where both our colleagues and clients will feel at home. It also provides room for future growth, in line with our ''Growing further together'' strategy.”
The modernisation and sustainability upgrades of the Breitner Center are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2026. The registered office will remain in ’s-Hertogenbosch.
Van Lanschot Kempen was advised by NL real estate – Knight Frank.
