Havila Holding AS, a closely associated company of primary insiders Vegard Sævik
(Chair of the board) and Hege Sævik Rabben (board member), has on 11 December
2024 purchased 3,466,829 shares at a price of NOK 8,50 per share.

After the transaction, Havila Holding AS holds 12,204,656 shares in HAV Group
ASA. Vegard Sævik holds additionally 1,127,179 shares through his private
company Innidimman AS, while Hege Sævik Rabben holds additionally 1,127,179
shares through her private company HSR Invest AS.
