LINK Mobility - Approval of prospectus for listing of new bonds

Reference is made to the announcement by LINK Mobility Group Holding ASA (the
"Company" and together with its consolidated subsidiaries, the "Group") on 9
October 2024 about the successfully placed EUR 125 million senior unsecured bond
due 23 October 2029 (the "New Bonds").

On 11 December 2024, the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway approved a
prospectus prepared by the Company in connection with the application for
admission to trading and listing of the New Bonds on Euronext Oslo Børs.
