Höegh Autoliners ASA: Information about the cash dividend per share in NOK for the third quarter 2024

Oslo, 12 December 2024: Reference is made to the announcement to the Oslo Stock
Exchange on 28 November 2024 regarding the cash dividend for the third quarter
2024. The NOK dividend amount is based on the daily exchange rate published by
Norges Bank 12 December 2024 approximately at 1600 hrs CEST. The NOK amount is
14.2664 per share.

Dividend payment date: 18 December 2024 (on or about).
