The Company announces the appointment of Mr Henri Steinmetz and Mr. Marcos
Entrecanales as members of the Board of Directors of Fertiberia Corporate,
S.L.U., to replace Mr. Wolf Uwe Lehmann and Mr. Juan Navarro.
Mr Steinmetz is also appointed as member of the Audit and Appointments and
Remuneration Committees and President of the latter.
