CIRCA GROUP AS - Delisting

Euronext Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Circa Group AS from
trading on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book II
section 3.17.2, Euronext Oslo Børs has on 12. December 2024 made the following
resolution: " The shares of Circa Group AS will be delisted from Euronext Growth
Oslo as of 16. December 2024. The last day of trading will be 13. December
2024."
