(Oslo, Norway, 11 December 2024) Arribatec Group ASA (OSE: ARR, Arribatec) today
announces that Bente Brocks resigns as interim-CFO.

Bente Brocks has served as interim CFO since 2022 and has informed that she
wishes to end the engagement 31 January 2025. She will continue to serve the
company in a transition period as an independent consultant. The company
appreciates Mrs. Brocks for her dedication to Arribatec and looks forward to
continuing to work with her in the new position. Arribatec will announce the new
CFO in due course.
