Altera Shuttle Tankers L.L.C. – SUMMONS FOR A WRITTEN RESOLUTION

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement on 6 November 2024
regarding the change of ownership in Altera Shuttle Tankers L.L.C (“AST”).

AST announced today that it has requested Nordic Trustee AS as trustee for its
two senior unsecured bonds listed on Oslo Stock Exchange, with ISIN NO0013172734
and ISIN NO0011167785 (collectively the “Bonds”) to summon a written resolution
requesting certain amendments to the Bonds.

Please find attached summons for a written resolution.
