Omda completes acquisition of Predicare AB, a provider of decision support software for emergency triage

Omda AS today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of
Predicare AB, following the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals. This
acquisition, first announced on 4 October 2024, further strengthens the group´s
position in the Nordic market for emergency software solutions.
