Lumi Gruppen AS | Mandatory notification of trade

Oslo, 10 December 2024: Lola Bidco AS, a close associate of the board member and
primary insider Ashkan Senobari, has today purchased 33,327 shares in Lumi
Gruppen AS at a price of NOK 12.39 per share. Following the transaction, Lola
Bidco AS owns 10,338,362 shares in Lumi Gruppen AS, equal to approximately
17.81% of the company's share capital, and together with its affiliate, Hanover
Active Equity Fund III SCA SICAV-RIAF, 30,842,574 shares, equal to approximately
53.145% of the company's share capital.
