Logistea Properties AS – Satisfaction of conditional call

We refer to the announcement published 29 November 2024 regarding the exercise
of Logistea Properties AS' call option to redeem all outstanding bonds under its
senior secured bond issue 2023/2026 (with ISIN NO0012955105).

The exercise of the call option was conditional on:
(i) the successfully issue by Logistea AB (publ) of new senior unsecured bonds
with an expected initial amount of SEK 600,000,000; and
(ii) all conditions precedent being satisfied under certain bank financing
agreements.

We are pleased confirm that the conditions have been satisfied and that all
outstanding bonds will be redeemed as set out in announcement published 29
November 2024. The entire bond issue will be repaid at a price equal to 103.295%
of the Nominal Amount plus accrued interest, with record date on 11 December
2024 and settlement date 13 December 2024.
