among eligible employees. On 9 December 2024, a total of 481,002 shares in
Multiconsult ASA were purchased through the programme, including the following
primary insiders:
· Grethe Bergly, CEO, purchased 650 shares. After the transaction she holds
58 105 shares in the company.
· Ove B. Haupberg, CFO, purchased 650 shares. After the transaction he holds
4 651 shares in the company.
· Johan Arntzen, COO, purchased 160 shares. After the transaction he holds
17 190 shares in the company.
· Geir Juterud, EVP Projects, purchased 650 shares. After the transaction he
holds 17 717 shares in the company.
· Kari Nicolaisen, EVP HR & Corporate Communications, purchased 650 shares.
After the transaction she holds 15 211 shares in the company.
· Kristin Olsson Augestad, EVP Architecture, purchased 650 shares. After the
transaction she holds 21 089 shares in the company.
· Kari Sveva Dowsett, EVP Region Norway, purchased 650 shares. After the
transaction she holds 8 369 shares in the company.
· Leif Olav Bogen, EVP Region Oslo, purchased 650 shares. After the
transaction he holds 18 680 shares in the company.
· Thor Ørjan Holt, EVP Sales, purchased 650 shares. After the transaction he
holds 5 914 shares in the company.
· Torben Halland Wedervang, employee representative on the board, purchased
650 shares. After the transaction he holds 7 093 shares in the company.
· Karine Gjersø, employee representative on the board, purchased 650 shares.
After the transaction she holds 4 643 shares in the company.
· Gunnar Vatnar, employee representative on the board, purchased 650 shares.
After the transaction he holds 1 590 shares in the company.
· Øystein Mejlænder-Larsen, deputy employee representative on the board,
purchased 480 shares. After the transaction he holds 11 571 shares in the
company.
· Trude Skogesal, deputy employee representative on the board, purchased 250
shares. After the transaction she holds 750 shares in the company.
· Jon Egil Johansen, deputy employee representative on the board, purchased
200 shares. After the transaction he holds 2 924 shares in the company.
The transactions under the share purchase programme were conducted at a price of
NOK 153.7198 per share, reflecting a 20 per cent discount on the volume-weighted
average share price of NOK 192.1498 per share traded on Oslo Børs during the
period 6-12 November 2024. The shares are subject to a two-year lock-up period.
Following the transactions with employees, the company holds 37 395 own shares,
corresponding to 0.14% of Multiconsult's share capital.
