Nordic Unmanned ASA has been notified of a transaction by a primary insider.
Stig H. Christiansen, Chief Executive Officer at Nordic Unmanned ASA, has
subscribed to and been allocated 200,000 shares in relation with the Subsequent
Offering announced on 25.11.2024. Following the transaction, Stig H.
Christiansen owns a total of 202,000 shares.
