Norsk Renewables AS - Delisting

Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of Norsk Renewables AS from trading
on Euronext Growth Oslo. Pursuant to Euronext Growth Oslo Rule Book II section
3.17.2 (2), Oslo Børs has made the following resolution: “The shares in Norsk
Renewables AS will be delisted from Euronext Growth Oslo as of 6 February 2025.
The last day of trading will be 5 February 2025.”
