Fourth interim dividend from Powerpool Mining SL, a Lokotech Group Subsidiary

Oslo/Madrid 6th of December 2024

With reference to stock exchange announcement on the 20th of June 2024.

The board of Powerpool Mining SL, a 66,65% owned subsidiary of Lokotech Group
AS, held a board meeting yesterday and decided to pay a fourth interim dividend
of 120.000 Euros gross. The dividend is expected to be the last for 2024.

For 2025, if the recent market trends continues, Powerpool Mining SL's result
and dividend capabilites will increase significantly from this years levels.
