Cavendish Hydrogen ASA: Extraordinary general meeting held - new board of directors

Oslo, 6 December 2024: Further to the stock exchange announcements made by
Cavendish Hydrogen ASA ("Cavendish", OSE: CAVEN) on 15 November and 5 December
2024, an extraordinary general meeting was held today based on a request from
shareholders in accordance with section 5-7 (2) of the Norwegian Public Limited
Liability Companies Act.

The shareholders' proposal to elect new members to Cavendish's board of
directors was approved. Consequently, the board of directors of Cavendish
comprises the following members:

· Lavrans Grjotheim (chair of the board)
· Sheri Shaghayegh Shamlou (board member)
· Anders Gravir Imenes (board member)
