ABG - Mandatory notification of trade

Olof Cederholm, Co-head of Equities, has today purchased 180,000 ABG-shares at a
price of 6.79 per share.

Following the transaction Olaf Cederholm owns 2,035,000 ABG-shares plus 965,000
ABG-shares on a forward contract.
