NRC Group ASA - Buyback program completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice announcement from NRC Group ASA
(the "Company") of 20 November 2024 regarding the buyback program of up to NOK 5
million in the market, covering a maximum number of 1,250,000 shares.

From 29 November 2024 until 5 December 2024, NRC Group ASA has purchased a total
of 547,940 own shares at the Oslo Stock Exchange.

NRC Group has purchased 1,060,272 of its own shares and has now completed the
program. The Company owns 1,156,247 treasury shares in the Company,
corresponding to 0.67% of the share capital.

A detailed overview of all completed transactions under the buyback program
carried out during the above time period is attached hereto.
