Norconsult awarded framework agreements with the Norwegian Defence Estate Agency

Sandvika, 5 December (OSE: NORCO): Norconsult Norge AS, a subsidiary of
Norconsult ASA, has been awarded six framework agreements with The Norwegian
Defence Estates Agency (Forsvarsbygg) covering different geographic areas of
Norway. Norconsult has teamed up with Nordic Office of Architecture AS, a
subsidiary of Norconsult ASA, and Longva Arkitekter AS.

The six framework agreements have been established with three suppliers for each
subarea, and Norconsult was ranked first in one of them. The parallel framework
agreements per subarea will include both direct call-offs according to ranking
and mini-competitions.

The duration of the framework agreement is 2 years from the signing of the
contract, with possible extensions for up to 3 additional years (5 years in
total). The awarding of the contracts to Norconsult is subject to a standstill
period that expires on 16 December.
