Multiconsult (OSE: MULTI)
Multiconsult Norge AS, with LINK Arkitektur AS and LPO Arkitekter AS as
subcontractors, has been nominated for leading positions in the R01666 framework
agreement for design and consulting services with the Norwegian Defence Estates
Agency (NDEA) (Forsvarsbygg). NDEA will enter into parallel framework agreements
for six geographic areas, with up to three suppliers per area. The total
estimated value of the agreement is NOK 1.5 billion excluding VAT, covering a
range of multidisciplinary projects.
Multiconsult has been nominated for first place in Øst (NOK 450 million) and
Hålogaland (NOK 150 million), second place in Nord (NOK 300 million) and Midt
(NOK 150 million), and third place in Vest (NOK 225 million) and Hele landet
(NOK 225 million). These values represent the total estimated value for each
geographical area, excluding VAT, collectively accounting for all nominated
suppliers.
This framework agreement includes the design of new buildings, rehabilitation of
existing infrastructure and buildings, and development of quays, roads, and
other facilities. The nomination reflects Multiconsult's expertise and
capability to provide high-quality solutions across these important fields of
work.
The framework agreement has an initial duration of two years, with the option
for NDEA to extend it by one year, up to three times, for a total duration of
five years from the actual start date.
The nomination is subject to a standstill period (NO: karenstid), which expires
on 16 December 2024.
For Multiconsult Norge AS, this framework agreement will be an addition to other
framework agreements already in place with NDEA.
