We hereby give notice that Titan Venture AS has today, 05.12.2024, sold 500,000
shares of Arribatec Group ASA. Titan Venture AS has herby crossed the 5%
ownership mark and owns 3,100,000 shares in the company, which is equivalent to
4.5% of the outstanding shares.
