LINK Arkitektur - Contract for major expansion of Regionshospitalet Randers

Multiconsult's (Oslo: MULTI) fully owned Danish subsidiary LINK Arkitektur A/S,
in collaboration with 5E Byg A/S, has been nominated for the contract for the
expansion of Regionshospitalet Randers in Denmark.
The project involves the design and construction of 22 000 m² of new treatment
and patient facilities, making it one of Denmark's largest hospital expansion
projects. It is delivered under an integrated cooperation model, with a total
target price of DKK 745 million. Work will commence in February 2025, with
completion expected by the end of 2032.
This represents a significant milestone for LINK Arkitektur in the Danish
market, focusing on delivering modern hospital facilities to benefit both
patients and staff.
The successful team comprises LINK Arkitektur as project manager with 5E Byg
along with subcontractors, Ingeniør'ne A/S and Langebæk A/S.
The nomination of the contract is subject to a standstill period (NO: karenstid)
which expires on 17 December 2024.
