Stolt-Nielsen Limited - Notification of PDMR transaction

Drew Holdings Ltd., a close associate of Mr. Tor Olav Trøim, has on December 04,
2024, bought 50,000 common shares in Stolt-Nielsen Limited (“Stolt-Nielsen”) at
an average price of NOK276,61 per share. Mr. Trøim is a member of
Stolt-Nielsen's Board of Directors and thus, as per the Market Abuse Directive,
a person discharging managerial responsibilities (“PDMR”) in Stolt-Nielsen.

Mr. Trøim and his close associates will, following the completion of this
transaction, own 100,000 shares in Stolt-Nielsen.
