Fertiberia Corporate, S.L.U. issues a summons for a written resolution to amend
the existing bond terms
Fertiberia Corporate, S.L.U. (the "Company") announces that it has issued a
summons for a written resolution in respect of the bond issue referred to as
"Fertiberia Corporate, S.L.U. EUR 300,000,000 Senior Secured Callable Bond Issue
2024/2028" with ISIN NO0013219477 (the "Bonds") to request the bondholders’
consent to make an amendment regarding certain of its credit facilities. The
requested amendment has been discussed with a large group of bondholders, and
bondholders representing more than 50 per cent. of the aggregate nominal amount
of the Bonds have expressed their support for the amendment request.

The summons for a written resolution will be submitted to all bondholders
through the CSD, and will also be available on the Company's investor website
(https://www.grupofertiberia.com/en/investor-relations/). The outcome of the
amendment request will be announced by way of a new press release from the
Company once the written resolution has been made in accordance with the bond
terms.
