Capital increase by conversion of primary capital to equity certificate capital and establishment of savings bank foundation

Sparebanken Møre refers to previous stock exchange announcements on the matter,
most recently announcement of 26 November 2024 regarding the decision to
implement the conversion of primary capital into equity certificate capital and
the establishment of savings bank foundation.
The capital increase has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of
Business Enterprises. As a result of the conversion, the equity certificate
capital in Sparebanken Møre has been increased by NOK 7,215,000 to NOK
995,910,400. The number of equity capital certificates after the conversion is
49,795,520.
The equity capital certificates issued through the conversion of primary capital
to equity certificate capital have been transferred to the foundation.
The new equity capital certificates are eligible to dividend as from the fiscal
year of 2024 as whole.
