AGREEMENT SIGNED - ACQUISITION OF A VESSEL

The Board of Jinhui Shipping and Transportation Limited (the 'Company')
announces that a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company entered into a
memorandum of agreement on 4 December 2024 for the acquisition of an Ultramax at
a purchase price of US$24,520,000.
