Selvaag Bolig ASA: Completed buyback of own shares for employee share purchase programmes

As announced 2 December 2024 Selvaag Bolig ASA initiated repurchase of up to
22 000 shares for the company's incentive programmes. The buyback has been
completed.

From 2 December through 3 December 2024 the company bought 22 000 shares at an
average price of NOK 34.9360. See the attached documents for detailed
information about the transactions made.

The share buyback program was carried out in accordance with the Market Abuse
Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR") and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU)
No 2016/1052 ("Safe Harbour Regulation"). Daily purchases were limited to a
maximum of 25 per cent of the average daily volume traded the last 20 days.

Following these transactions, Selvaag Bolig holds 341 treasury shares.
