Hunter Group ASA - PDMR notification

Hunter Group ASA (the "Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: HUNT) has been notified that
the following Primary Insiders has purchased shares in the Company today, 3
December 2024. Bertel Steen, Board member and primary insider in the Company has
purchased 500 000 shares in the Company at an average price of NOK 0.7975 per
share through Skarris Kapital AS. After the transaction companies affiliated
with Bertel Steen owns 16 500 000 million shares in the Company, corresponding
to approx. 12.24% of the shares outstanding in the Company. PDMR notification
form attached hereto. This information is subject to the disclosure requirements
in Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation and section 5-12 of the Norwegian
Securities Trading Act.
