SHELF DRILLING SECURES AN AWARD FOR THE MAIN PASS IV JACK-UP RIG

Dubai, December 2, 2024 – Shelf Drilling, Ltd. (“Shelf Drilling” or the
“Company”, OSE: SHLF) announced today an award for the Main Pass IV jack-up rig
for operations offshore Nigeria. The firm term of the contract is approximately
two years. The contract is scheduled to begin in December 2024.
