Observe Medical ASA: Notification of trade by close associate to primary insider and disclosure of large shareholding

Oslo, 2 December 2024: Observe Medical ASA (the "Company") has been informed
that Ingerø Reiten Investment Company AS ("IRIC"), a close associate to a
primary insider in the Company, has transferred 11 455 872 shares in the Company
to a wholly-owned investment company of Bård Brath Ingerø as part of a
reorganisation of the shareholding in IRIC. Please see the attached notification
form for further details.

After the Transaction, Ingerø Reiten Investment Company AS, holds a total of
31,553,565 shares in the Company, reducing its holding from 17.51% to 12.84% of
the outstanding shares and votes in the Company.

This information is subject to the disclosure requirements pursuant to article

Securities Trading Act.
