Aega ASA: Key information relating to a preferential rights issue

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Aega ASA (the
"Company") earlier today, on 2 December 2024, regarding a proposed rights issue
with preferential subscription rights for existing shareholders (the "Rights
Issue").

Date on which the terms and conditions of the preferential rights issue were
announced: 2 December 2024

Last day including right: 23 December 2024

Ex-date: 27 December 2024

Record Date: 30 December 2024

Date of approval: 23 December 2024

Maximum number of new shares: 1,000,000,000

Subscription price: NOK 0.01

Ratio preferential rights: Each existing shareholder as of 23 December 2024 (and
being registered as such in Euronext Securities Oslo, the Norwegian Central
Securities Depository, (the VPS) as at the expiry of 30 December 2024 (the
record date)) will be granted 42,03096 subscription rights for each share
registered as held by the shareholder. The number of subscription rights granted
to each existing shareholder will be rounded down to the nearest whole
subscription right.

Subscription ratio: 1:1 (number of new shares per subscription right)

Will the rights be listed: The Company will apply for trading of the
preferential rights on the Euronext Expand Oslo

ISIN for the preferential rights: To be announced

Other information: The Rights Issue is subject to the resolution by the general
meeting of the Company and that the general meeting resolves a proposed share
capital reduction.
