STOREBRAND BANK ASA - Internal Group Merger with Kron AS completed

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement of October 1, 2024, from
Storebrand Bank ASA ("SBB") stating that the board and general meeting of SBB
have approved the merger plan regulating the planned internal group merger
between SBB and Kron AS ("Kron"), with the former as the acquiring company.
The creditor period of 6 weeks is expired, and the merger is approved by the
Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority. The merger may thus be carried out
and a notification of the completed merger is today registered in the Register
of Business Enterprises.
The merger takes effect upon registration in the Register of Business
Enterprises, and all assets, rights, and obligations of Kron is transferred to
SBB. Kron is simultaneously dissolved.
