Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement 28 August 2024 regarding
the merger between Sparebanken Vest and Sparebanken Sør. This states that
Sparebanken Vest owns equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Sør and
Sparebanken Sør owns equity capital certificates in Sparebanken Vest and that
the parties plan to sell these equity capital certificates before the merger is
completed.

Sparebanken Vest has today sold its entire holding of 2,400,000 equity capital
certificates in Sparebanken Sør to the foundation Sparebankstiftelsen
Sparebanken Vest.
